Cheryl and Scott Beasley

Cheryl Beasley – Connections Pastor/Pastoral care

I am truly a southern girl, born in Tennessee, the oldest of six
children.  We are a large, loving family that knows how to have fun.  I
moved to Winchester in 1980 when I transferred into Shenandoah
University.  My education and work background has been a combination of
Business Management and Finance.
Twenty-six years ago, I met and married the love of my life, Scott Beasley.  Together we have been blessed with two beautiful daughters, Alena and Jenny, both young adults.  Our life is super busy, but, oh so sweet.
It has been an incredible blessing to have been a part of the Victory family for the last twenty-one years.  I have been given the opportunity to serve in many ministries including Worship and Christian Education.
However, eight years ago the Lord called me to focus on Women’s Ministry/Pastoral Care here at Victory.  This includes discipleship, mentoring, lay counseling, and teaching women how to apply God’s Word to their situations.  Two years ago, I accepted a full time position here as our Connections Pastor. It’s a blessing to oversee our LifeGroups and assist our church family in connecting. I’m so thankful that every day is an opportunity to experience God’s love in our lives and share it with others.

One thing that most people don’t know about me:  I’m a little competitive – in a fun way! (All those brothers)! I love playing games!
One thing that fascinates me: That God cares so deeply about all the parts of our lives, big and small.  He’s always loving us and making a way.
Three people I would like to meet (living or dead):
